In and out in 10 minutes. Attendant was very nice and helpful.
Josh was very friendly and got me underway in no time at all
called plenty of time before and even when i arrived, no one was on the store and I got charged $180 because i exceeded my time 1 hr. But when I picked up the car, a guy walked in and said 'no late fee?' and the counter guy said to not worry, WHAAAAT? insane.
We had problems with our rental vehicle. We called Budget and worked either Josh Nassif in Scottsdale, Az. He was a Superstar and resolved our issue in 1 call. Thank you Josh, Budget needs more like you.
