We had problems with our rental vehicle. We called Budget and worked either Josh Nassif in Scottsdale, Az. He was a Superstar and resolved our issue in 1 call. Thank you Josh, Budget needs more like you.
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Josh will pick up the phone when you call, no call centre, no messing around. Good prices, and easy as it should be. Vehicle was perfect for touring around the local area and some backroads. Great experience and Josh made it happen. Not sure if he will see this but if he does. Thanks!
