First time renting here heard about it from a friend who lives in the area. No long lines. Easy as 1,2,3. Great at checking in and answering all questions. If the car you got is not there they give you a free upgrade. Checkout was easy with Karine. They are sending me an email of my receipt.

This is the second time I've rented from them. Cars are alright. But I've never get a receipt from them after I rented from them. Calling them is almost an impossible task since they rarely pick up. I need my receipt!

Shenelle was the best for two months my car is in the shop for a hit and run my car need a lot of work she was probably the only lifesaver that I had going through this process her attention to everything was over and beyond I have never experienced customer service like this before
