Worst customer service ever, the woman who "helped us" at the reception was rude; she had no patience and kept making unpleasant faces at my partner and me. I don't recommend renting a car here; save yourself some unnecessary aggravation.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had to do two reservations here because both employees there are terrible at customer service, if you expect a bad service then you're expecting too Koch of them, they're the worst. First reservation the lady lied to us saying they don't accept international driver's license. Then she tells to my face she actually didn't trust my words on who would be the designated driver and that's why she lied. Payed cash for tolls and still ended up getting charged for tolls. Terrible I would never recommend budget. Stay far far away
