Absolutely terrible experience. Gary at the front desk was extremely rude, passive-aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I was made to sit there and waste my time, only to find out at the very end that there was an additional requirement regarding payment that nobody had communicated to me beforehand. Had I been told this from the beginning, I could have simply gone home and handled what I needed to handle instead of sitting there for nothing. Great prices
Truly wish I would have seen the reviews before I even went there booked a car earlier in the day and once we got there, they said they had shut down the books around 12 PM with all those cars in the lot. Mind you I still have the reservation booked honestly I think it was something that they did on purpose. Do not patronized
Worst customer service ever, the woman who "helped us" at the reception was rude; she had no patience and kept making unpleasant faces at my partner and me. I don't recommend renting a car here; save yourself some unnecessary aggravation.
