Super easy to rent a car with them, however the car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Staff was friendly and good at their job. My major disappointment was with the cleanliness of the vehicle. The price of the rental kind of makes you look past this, but I expected a clean car.
Mentioned open but the guy never showed up. Phone number is not pickinf up. And budget customer service not helping. Even hung up on me

They suck in wichata Falls.
I waited almost an hour past my pick up time. The one employee was missing for about 30 minutes. Then it took almost 30 minutes for the person ahead to process and pick up her rental. She had also waited 40 minutes for the employee to return. Once I got the rental, it was clean and operated as supposed to. Drop off was easy and quick. Take pictures of the car before driving off, including the odometer. Take pictures at return.
