The worst experience we have ever had when using a car rental place, will never use them again
I was very pleased with the service that I received here. They were kind enough to call me ahead of time to let me know that the vehicle that I had reserved was no longer available because of the high demand for rental cars this week. I agreed to the minivan because it was only one available. However, I was given a Toyota Camry with a hybrid Whenever I arrived because One had just came In. If I could give this place one star I would as they are called 'Budget' for a reason. I booked a car ahead of time so I could drive to the international airport in Houston. The day before I was scheduled to leave the local person called me and advised they could not provide a car. They should NOT be allowed to overbook or take a booking when they don't have cars available. I called the other car rental agencies in Wichita Falls and of course none had a car available. Super easy to rent a car with them, however the car was absolutely filthy inside and out. Staff was friendly and good at their job. My major disappointment was with the cleanliness of the vehicle. The price of the rental kind of makes you look past this, but I expected a clean car.
