Booked a car. Got there to pick it up. Asked for a child's seat. 1h of waiting alter. I get told they a have no child car seat in all of their locations. Has to cancel and will switch compagny. Waste of time.
They have been our family rent a car place for years. The 11th Street office is very quick, nice cars and the staff is always accommodating and kind. They always have the car we want, or upgrade us for the same price.
I have to agree with others- Google Needs to offer zero stars. this was the worst experience I’ve had renting a car- by far.
Google needs to offer the option of a 0-star rating, because this experience certainly warrants it. If you're considering renting a car here, do yourself a favor and head down the street to Midway Car Rental instead. I've had several disappointing experiences at this location, but I've kept returning due to its convenient proximity.
