My rental last year was $500; in 2021, it was $1350 for the same thing. I had to rent at the Budget Airport Rental and the renting person was not helpful in showing me one thing about the car! I didn't even know how to turn it on. He told me he would get the car for me and then forgot. I sat in the waiting chairs for 40 minutes, then stood up, when he saw me then he realized he was supposed to have gotten my car. The man when I returned the car was very helpful and nice. Second time renting here and never again after this incident. Male Representative mentioned his “vacuum was broken” so he was unable to vacuum the passenger floorboard which was fecal matter or throw up I don’t even want to know. Upon returning the car I called back since he told me he would offer an additional driver at no cost and even a deduction of 1 day. So far my experience has been very good! I have spoken to Luke on the phone a few times and he has been very helpful, unlike at a different car rental in the area. I have my car reserved and ready to go!!
