This was the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Fast, friendly, and caring staff. Sam’s counterpart, his name escapes me unfortunately, was the absolute best. He had no idea how rough my day was. He kept me smiling! I highly recommend them!
Rented from this location twice in the last 6 months. The manager (Ray) and his staff are very friendly, professional, and gave excellent service and info. Will definitely use them when I rent again.
This is the only rental place I go in Jacksonville but Avis /Budget one Atlantic. They know what they're doing.
