Showed up to pick up our vehicle that we reserved last night and was told they were sold out asked the employee to help and she just pointed at a sign for us to call. She was extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and book with any other rental company.
Do not rent from this location. Twice we have arrived only to find a sign on the door saying there were no cars available. Both times the person at the desk provided an excuse as to why we were not contacted and tells you to call customer service. Not acceptable!
