A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION APPARENTLY MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. One of the worst rental car experiences I’ve had. I called the South Boulevard Budget location the day before my reservation specifically to confirm they had cars available. They told me they did. Then, while I was already on my way to pick up the car, they called and casually informed me that they had no car for me. So what exactly was the point of the reservation? Been here 5 times. 4 times - including today - staff said no cars were available bc airport budget took them. When asked why they didn’t call, I got a dumb look from woman at reception If you want a car don’t come here
we had a pre paid reservation. Drove an hour to get here on time only to find out they have no cars. Another customer came in and said out of 5 times he has come in, 4 times they had no car. The location at the airport took all the rentals. No offer of an upgrade or discount. Lousy business and very disappointed Save time and money and do not use budget. I have never seen such poor customer service
I come in about once a month. Jaia is always the one to help me and is genuinely amazing. She is very kind, patient, and her customer service is wonderful. This location is always clean, EXTREMELY fast, and it feels comfortable when you go in. I've done a lot of car rentals and this is the location I always go back to!
