This was the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental business. My truck was being worked on so I had to rent a vehicle. He said I was told I would be paying $285 for a week plus a $200 deposit. He also said if I wanted to extend just give him a call to extend. I had to extend because my truck wasn't ready. I had the car 3 weeks after I returned it, the next day they had taken $1137 out of my account. I was tax exempt so no taxes were supposed to be added. They also kept my $200 deposit. Do Not go to this Budget location, if you do, you are taking a chance of not having a vehicle on the day you are supposed to leave for vacation! Worst experience ever! Would give minus stars if I could. I had a reservation for 3 months, but on the way to pick up our vehicle, a minivan, we got a text saying that they did not have a vehicle available for us and didn't know when they would get one in. Matt is always taking great care of me iver the last several years. My cars have been impeccable, tanks full, and cars nicely detailed. Matt is always warm and friendly when I come in and ALWAYS ask how the rental was! I love budget! It’s the only place I like to rent
I’ve rented from Budget many times before and usually had positive experiences with clean vehicles and good service. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations. In my experience, the vehicle condition and overall customer service were disappointing compared to past rentals. I would rate zero stars if I could
The best experience when it comes to renting cars. I rent fairly often and Matt has been an amazing great guy. Takes care of his clients and always has the cleanest cars.
