DIRTY/FILTHY CARS!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! DISGUSTING DIRTY CARS AND ZERO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER CARE!!! Zero stars, if possible. Made a reservation 2 weeks before moving day, got a call 1 hour before pickup time, telling me that they don't have a truck for me. The one they had broke down in Amarillo and they wouldn't have another one until 4pm. I asked what I am supposed to do since today is moving day, we have to be out, and we have people on the way to our house to help us, and they could offer no other option other than the truck at 4pm. This location is solid. Matt, the new owner and manager, was personable and kind. He knew what he was doing and walked me through everything. He made getting a truck for my military PCS very easy and uneventful.
