I was given an electric car by the airport budget rental which I did not reserve or want because it had to be recharged and I didn’t know how or where to do it. After 2 hours of driving around trying to find a place to charge it, I could not find anywhere to charge it in Midwest City. Matt at the Budget rental Car of Midwest City was so helpful in helping me figure out how to deal with this problem. Kudos to him because he is the only reason why this wouldn’t be my last Budget rental.

I called and changed my pickup time to 2 pm but the business closed at 12. Ridiculous that first they made a mistake and second did not call us. We had to drive to the airport to pick up a different car. Also, we blew a tire and there roadside assistance even with the protection insurance cost was 130 dollars.

Matt is awesome! Customer service is always 1st class! We have rented several vehicles in the past few months and always a great experience. He takes an interest in you and your family and keeps up with what we have going. Appreciate the service will not rent from anyone else!
