This location is solid. Matt, the new owner and manager, was personable and kind. He knew what he was doing and walked me through everything. He made getting a truck for my military PCS very easy and uneventful.
Matt did an amazing job taking care of us! Very professional and welcoming. We rented a suburban. It was top of the line, clean and perfect for our trip. I will ONLY use this establishment from now on.

The gentleman that works at this location is an outstanding employee! Matt fixed a giant mess caused by the Will Rogers Airport Budget. They better hang on to this guy for sure!!!
Rented online from Budget MWC OK over Memorial Day and was expecting a Camry or equivalent but was told they were unavailable. The cars tires were out of balance and made a loud noise the entire trip. I called them before I left and asked if I should return the car before I left for Austin. They said if the noise makes you feel unsafe to return it or drive it with the tires needing balanced. Pictures show how the fender fit on the Chevy Malibu and the interior carpet was not up to par.
