Very shady company. Two day rental. They claim we didn't return the car. Now they've charged us over $2500. You cannot get a person on the phone. Everything is handled by a team that you can't talk to. How this company is still in business is beyond me. They have committed fraud and are lying at every turn. They need to fix the problem.

a little secret I've learned is a lot of the cheaper, no name rental companies do shady stuff, for that reason I avoid them and look for the best rate with a known company (budget, Avis/hertz/enterprise) but this is actually the worst I've been screwed over or cheated I mean this is straight up fraud. Cons!!!! Charged me 2 weeks after rental for a plastic skid plate that was hanging low when I picked up the suv rental on 1-10-25. When we picked up the car we complained about the hanging plastic, on return we told budget employee to note we were given this suv when we picked suv up. No charge for damage until 2 weeks later. Buyer beware of common Budget/Avis scam!! Contacted BBB and FTC, the 77$ they stole from us will end of costing them more in the end. Terrible Experience at thisLocation I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your location today. I booked a car through Budget and arrived to pick it up, only to be told that the car I reserved was not available. What makes this situation even worse is that my wife dropped me off and left, only to have to return in the middle of her work to pick me up because of this issue.
