The singular worst rental experience ever …they rented a car to us that had a broken windshield, I mean REALLY broken ,should have refused it except needed to get on with my schedule had to replace the car at my destination because the car also had another mechanical issue THEN they charged me for a gas refill even though the contract said that I would refill …. Try another location this one is bad news and they suck !
I paid $331 to Saint Louis-Charlotte direction with all taxes and surcharges.It was 145 when I reserve the car.Crazy amount.
Made a reservation, showed up to get car, no cars available. Terrible place, avoid at all costs.
Very shady company. Two day rental. They claim we didn't return the car. Now they've charged us over $2500. You cannot get a person on the phone. Everything is handled by a team that you can't talk to. How this company is still in business is beyond me. They have committed fraud and are lying at every turn. They need to fix the problem.
