I had a very disappointing experience renting from Budget. I rented an SUV from April 2nd through April 9th, and from the start, the customer service was not welcoming at all—definitely a red flag. Despite that, I moved forward with the rental. The vehicle itself was in great condition, and I had no issues during my trip. However, the real problem came after I returned it. Absolute waste of time. Booked through priceline. Confirmed reservation. Get to this grungy little rental place to see a back in 15 minutes sign. Only to be met by the most unhelpful, smug individual. Luckily the excellent staff at enterprise on Polk Street had me picked up and rolling less than 30 minutes later. Budget needs to up their game.
Came in needing a rental for a few days. Excellent customer service by Laura. Extended the agreement and still was greeted by excellent customer service and genuine compassion. Will absolutely rent again if the need arises. The entire staff were pleasant and went above and beyond to help! Thank you!!
