Cons!!!! Charged me 2 weeks after rental for a plastic skid plate that was hanging low when I picked up the suv rental on 1-10-25. When we picked up the car we complained about the hanging plastic, on return we told budget employee to note we were given this suv when we picked suv up. No charge for damage until 2 weeks later. Buyer beware of common Budget/Avis scam!! Contacted BBB and FTC, the 77$ they stole from us will end of costing them more in the end. Terrible Experience at thisLocation I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your location today. I booked a car through Budget and arrived to pick it up, only to be told that the car I reserved was not available. What makes this situation even worse is that my wife dropped me off and left, only to have to return in the middle of her work to pick me up because of this issue. Worst experience ever. No cars available and agents were rude and unhelpful. Don't go there. They don't care if they don't have a car to fill your reservation they leave you stranded and don't care to help you fix it. Don't use them. The headache is not worth it.
Unprofessional, inconsistent service. Rude unaccomadating manager and staff. Just terrible
