Let me book a reservation w/o having the reserved items in stock. Drove from an hour away, which was a waste of time. Employees were not empathetic in the situation and had terrible customer service.
Very poor attention given today for me 15/08 11:15am (I don’t know the name of the guy). Zero kindness I’m very disappointed with this place. I have a reservation confirmed but don’t receive any car or at least good service from them… I needed look for another place even though I paid a uber to get the car… sorry for my words.
The front seat agent Khia was very nice and sweet. She answer all questions and concerns and made renting a car very easy. Definitely will be returning to this location.
