Absolutely avoid this location. They rented me a Prius and the car had multiple failures on it. And they don’t pickup phone calls. I had to go back to the location and she shrugged me off and offered a $20 voucher. That’s the best she cared to do. When this car was a possible death trap with an engine that could have seized and a tire that could have blown in the 100F heat in Louisiana. A horrible experience. And the location does not pick up phones.
Great staff! They’ve always been nice and helpful.
