FIRE WHOEVER OPERATES THE PHONE! I just set up a reservation and called to ask some questions about it and was faced with rude snarky attitude by some lady on the other side. She was disrespectful, kept trying to end the call before I had finished talking. If shes a reflection of your company, then you’ll never have my business.

I do not rent cars often and they were very unclear. I explained that I would return the vehicle to a different location only 3 hours away. I was charged $300 for doing so- which would have been fine HAD I BEEN TOLD-NO ONE EXPLAINED THAT OR I WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED. Dishonest or incompetent I am not sure, but I sure won’t use them again.

I’ve rented from Budget in the past and typically avoid doing so, but during our recent trip to Idaho, it was the only rental company that had the type of vehicle we needed. When I made the reservation, I specifically requested an infant car seat, as we chose not to travel with our own due to its size and the risk of damage during the flight. I thought it was a decent rental, until I get a email saying I am charged for a windshield damage that I did not do. The vehicle was a Kia Soul. It drove great. I cleaned it, gassed it up. I returned it and that I just wanted to make sure it was noted when I rented it that there was damage to the windshield and I am sure it was noted. She said yes it was. Im good to go.
