I have to say that the price and service I received were good. The only reason for a 4 star was the vehicle I was assigned. The Rav 4 is not one I would rent again. I am a Subabru owner so my opinion is a little colored, but the basic driving was horrible compared to my own personal car(Subaru) and my other vehicle (Durango). Thank you to Budget for the service I was provided. Please look at other manufacturers for you intermediate SUV. The Rav 4 is a good car for some but seems less than others out there

Never rent a car from this company! They deliberately provide false information about prices and rental terms to later charge you triple the amount! This is outright fraud. I provided them with all the details of my conversations with their employees, including exact times, dates, and other specifics. Their response? “Sorry, but the amount will remain as charged.” Renting a Kia Soul ended up costing me nearly $700 for just 6 days.
