Absolutely disgraceful place. We arrived with a confirmed reservation and every required document - valid credit card, driver’s license, and passport, all perfectly in order. Despite that, we were treated with extreme disrespect, arrogance, and zero professionalism. The employee acted like we were bothering her just by showing up, spoke to us in a rude and dismissive way, and ultimately refused to rent to us without any reasonable explanation.
