Overall, I had a good experience. The vehicle we rented worked out perfectly for us, and are 3 children there was plenty of room for all of are belongings and it had everything we needed for the trip the only bad side the tire was a little bald on the rear driver but thankfully we made it safely round trip 2000+ that is. I checked my CC today and my deposit was returned I did clean the vehicle and wash it after taking it for 11 days so that may depend on how you return it so far I'd recommend using them again over Avis anyda... read more
Made a reservation for a truck and they did not have a truck on the day I reserved it. What is the point of a reservation system if I cannot reserve what I need. They could not refund my money. I had to call corporate which took an hour. Done with budget.
Customer service was really nice. I had a great car!!
