Place is the absolute worst. No one in the office, the "attendant" couldn't be bothered to greet customers. Told us on arrival they were short on cars, AND the car they were gonna give us had a non woring keyfob. Whats worse, they didn't even attempt to change the battery...just said "IT SHOULD BE FINE". What a joke.
One time there was a girl that doesn’t work at this location normally who didn’t have a great customer service face but the crew that normally works here is fantastic above and beyond would highly recommend.
Had a reservation today at 10:00 a.m. went there 30 minutes early staff had told me to come back after 10:00 they would have a car for me sent to from the airport went back at 10:20 a.m. this morning postponed all my plans to wait for a car and the manager was very rude offered me a much smaller vehicle than I had reserved and did not want to cooperate with me whatsoever Will be notifying headquarters of budget rent a car very soon this has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with as if I was the The person who was ... read more
Terrible experience and deceptive practice. I was charged $191.61 even though I returned the vehicle immediately because they gave me the wrong car (a truck instead of a car) and the key fob didn’t work. Both customer service and the rental office told me I could return it with no issue, but Budget kept the charge and refused a refund. This is fraudulent and unacceptable. I’ve opened a formal case and will report this to the FTC and BBB. Stay away from this location.
