Debbie was amazing! I left my cell phone in my rental car. She was quick to respond and communicated with her team to get my phone from the car that had already been taken to the car wash. I'm sure people leave their personal items in cars all the time, but Debbie was kind and understanding that I was anxious about getting the phone back in time for my flight. My drop off time was 7am, I returned the car to the key drop at 5:30am, Budget decided I should be charged for a late fee and an extra day. They said they would refund me the extra day and late fee but for some reason can't refund the taxes associated with that late fee and extra day.

Tammy was so helpful getting our vehicle. There was some confusion and maybe a new system in place, but instead of ignoring us she gave us an update that made us feel better. The vehicle was nice and cleaned and we were on our vehicle in no time.
