Representative immediately says they don’t have the car I booked. No apologies. Then says it’s because I booked on priceline. Left without renting.
Do not rent with Budget or Avis, long lines to register (almost an hour) and even longer to pick up your vehicle. Opted for pre-paid gas which the representative forgot to add, charging me an additional fee that customer service was useless to remedy. Additionally, they did not have the car we reserved, and we had to track down our own booster seat as the service department kept forgetting. Rent from anyone else, should have read the other reviews first.
Worst customer service front desk lady sheila was not helpful we did bronco or similar for 3 night she said they don’t have the car what we booked and I did booked it 2 weeks ago and she gave me low category car when we went to pick the car again same issue white old lady she had an attitude again rude and not welcoming and they were fighting with other customers outside as well I came for celebrate my birthday in ritz Carlton I did not wanted to waiste my time and I did make sure I pay extra to get better car and I using bu... read more
the people at this location are good, but Budget as a company is horrid. Their website is ALWAYS messing up. I rarely can even log in. I added one day to my rental and it was hundreds of dollars. Went to remove that day and they want hundreds more! When you call to ask to have the extra day removed, they say they can't do it. what an absolute croc!! Then I go to their website, I'm already logged in, it makes me log in AGAIN, and it won't freaking let me. So I can't complain to anyone about their terrible service or website. ... read more
