0 stars if I could. We rented a Kia Telluride from Budget through Costco Travel, and the experience was unacceptable. On Saturday, one of the vehicle’s tires blew out. We stopped driving the vehicle and tried to get the tire repaired. On Monday, multiple tire shops told us they would not replace just the blown tire because the other three tires were so badly worn that they considered it unsafe to do so. More than 45 minuts in the desk for a simple rent
Efficient with great customer service!
This was the worst car rental experience we have ever had. Complete chaos! I would give zero or negative stars if possible.
Waited over 4 hours to get a vehicle. After hour 2 of waiting, someone tried to find our vehicle and said it wasn’t even on the lot. The people trying to get the vehicles struggled to find them because the woman at the desk wrote down the vehicle information in such poor handwriting. Terrible service, no one seems to know what’s going on and can’t answer any of your questions. Signage is nonexistent so you never know where you’re going.
