Easy and fast rental process. Picked up the car early in the morning before a long drive, and everything was prepared and ready to go.It literally took me 3 minutes to pick up my rental! Super fast and easy!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My drop‑off time was 5 PM, and I arrived early, only to find the location locked with a handwritten “back in 30 minutes” sign. I ended up standing outside for nearly half an hour waiting for someone to bother showing up. When the associate finally returned, she was unbelievably rude.
