Received a $450 bill for accessive cleaning. I returned the car as I received it minus a vacuuming maybe. I rent a car once a month and never heard of anything like this….. no phone call, just an email and a withdrawal from my credit card a week later. The cleaning was more than the 9 day rental. I will never use budget again. The premium car a reserved wasn’t available but they hand me a lesser car, no problem… UNREAL $450 for cleaning. Great Customer Service! The process for pick up was simple and straight to the point. I did have to wait just a little while when checking in because I had a late pick up and the representative was getting ready to close up. The car rode nice although it did have a little hesitancy when pressing on the gas to drive forward. It was great on gas for the driving I did, I didn’t have to gas up until I returned it. Again, GREAT customer service and I will be back!
It was the 1st time I ever rented from them, it was cheaper then my usual rental from enterprise
