2 starts because the lady we worked with was nice. A 2 hour wait for our car rental that was reserved months in advance is not okay at all. There has got to be an easy solution to the problem. Please fix your system as soon as possible. This was one of the worst car rental experiences we have ever had.
I had a 5 day rental with Budget at Charleston airport. Upon pickup no directions given by the desk agent where the remote parking lot was to pick up the rental car. (About 1/2 mile away). When I received my Bill: I WAS CHARGED $10 A DAY-“CUSTOMER FACILITIES CHARGE” WHILE I WAS RENTING THE CAR. I DID NOT VISIT THEIR FACILITY, DID NOT PARK THERE, OR CALL THEM. Incredibly slow service. Prepare for lines. 3 people 'working' at the desk, only one person is checking in people. The line wraps out of the rental area. This is despicable customer service. Received a dirty car received inside and out.
Slowest rental car counter I've ever experienced. Choose literally any other provider
Never never never again. Two people checking out hundreds. Walked to the kiosk in the garage to be told that the kiosk is only for fast break members and I have to walk all the way back to the terminal and check in. I have plenty of time so I count the number of people. 210 people on line. Two people are checking them in. ALL of the other car rental places have one or no people on line and multiple employees behind the counter. So I sing up for Fast break and then head back to the kiosk. Nope.
