Why does this company allow customers to wait for excessive amount of time when we’ve already made our reservation and pre-checked in. It’s unexceptional in today’s age to be so antiquated. Oh, and they still print on a dot matrix printer… I’m writing this as I wait in line… it’s already been 35 minutes and the agent has only processed 2 guests…
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Explain how they give you a 6am reservation for a vehicle pick up but they don’t open until 7am. Absolutely if you want the worst experience with a rental company this is it.
Not sure I've waited in long this long for a rental car before. Well over an hour.. Hertz is right next to Budget and was able to get through a long line multiple times. Consider an updated system?
Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely horrible experience. They told me the wrong spot number. As I get to the car that is supposedly mine, another lady is getting into it! She drove off and I had to CHASE her down to the gate! After 45 minutes of debate and incompetence, finally got a car. I paid extra to upgrade my car and they gave me a dented up, scratched up POS!
worst service i have ever received. Front dest was texting while checking me in. they double booked me which took over an hour to correct. i rented a car seat which is a scam. they are all one size fits all and no one will assist you in putting it into the vehicle correctly. the car smelled and was not the vehicle i choose. they charged me gas fee although i brought the car back full. do not use this company or this location.
