Too many customers too few agents. Long line long wait
If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the worst rental car experience of my life. Despite booking a pre-paid rental online and using the QR code while in line to fill out all the information for the desk clerk I still had to wait nearly 2 hours in line and 1.5 hours past my reservation time to get my rental car. After that the nightmare didn’t stop. I then received an e-mail during the middle of my trip before my rental was due back with an e-receipt for $1000 something. I've never wanted to kick myself harder for not reading the reviews first as is stand in a painfully slow line 20 deep right now....
Waiting 30 minutes in line for my reservation and they told me they cancelled the reservation yesterday without an explanation. Now they tell me they cancelled reinstate the reservation.
Waited about 45 minutes. Some of the time with only one person working.
