NEVER EVER rent a car here. I just returned a car and got over charged by $300. Kevin ought to be fired. He’s rude and arrogant. When I called about the severe overcharge he said not my problem you need to call corporate and he said corporate charged a bunch of extra money and they changed my daily rate without notifying me. The problem is when I called corporate. The information they gave me was totally different than what Kevin gave me so somebody is lying and they still took my money. Kevin was so very helpful with our car rental. The fees were more than reasonable and helped my family a great deal. I truly appreciate the entire office customer service. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating 🥰!
I checked in and had no issues. The gentleman at the counter was nice, and I was in and out faster than expected. I was worried by some of the reviews and did not want to have to walk or Uber to the airport to rent a car, 5 miles away, should it not work out. Thankfully, all went well I would rent from here again.
