If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My family and I rented a car on our vacation in Palm Springs and the car wouldn’t start on day 3. It took 4+ hours to get an answer from customer service on what we should do and we were told different things every person we spoke to. We lost an entire day of our vacation trying to sort this out and get a replacement. Then when we get home we get a bill for the tow truck service for a HUGE amount. We had an issue with a car we rented from a Budget location in Thunder Bay. Tammy helped us resolve it in our favour and was patient and friendly with our questions. The regional supervisor she contacted was helpful as well, since our issue required direction from them. We can now carry on with our road trip without unnecessary expenses.
Ive never rented a car and not had staff come out with me. Also when we asked if they are going to show us the car and tell us about it they said ugh we dont know anything. They told us it electric well that was news as we were not told this before then they said its hybrid and we said how does it work again WE DONT KNOW!
