If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My family and I rented a car on our vacation in Palm Springs and the car wouldn’t start on day 3. It took 4+ hours to get an answer from customer service on what we should do and we were told different things every person we spoke to. We lost an entire day of our vacation trying to sort this out and get a replacement. Then when we get home we get a bill for the tow truck service for a HUGE amount. Best price in London that I found much cheaper than competitors and you don’t have to go to the airport to pick your vehicle up
We had an issue with a car we rented from a Budget location in Thunder Bay. Tammy helped us resolve it in our favour and was patient and friendly with our questions. The regional supervisor she contacted was helpful as well, since our issue required direction from them. We can now carry on with our road trip without unnecessary expenses.
