Been here a couple times and worked out great. I only had one issue where they didn't have a car available.

Got to the counter at my reserved time to pick up a 7 passenger SUV for our mission trip. There was nobody at the counter and then we saw the manager walk up with the bag of Cheetos she just purchased at WalMart, she said she’d be with us in a minute. When she began to help us and she looked up our reservation she said they only had 5 passenger SUV.
