I had a great experience with Budget Rental Car with after hour pickup and after hour drop off. Steven was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would agree with a previous reviewer - It’s not every day you come across such excellent customer service. Highly recommend Budget, especially if Steven is there to help!
Just left SLO Budget Rental at the SLO Airport. Steven M helped me and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. I had a mix up with my rental. He was so happy to help me to fix it and he suggested ways in the future for me to make the reservation without complications. If I was an employer I would be promoting him and having him train new employees. If he could be duplicated, I would make sure there was an entire shift of people like him. The car we rented had a strong cigarette odor & hadn't been fully gassed up. I mentioned it to to Budget rep as we exited and documented it, but we turned the car in and told the budget rep he didn't seem to care and offered no apology or compensation.
