I don’t know why they have phones!!!! They never answer it! I needed to tell them I was gonna be running a little bit late and I called 20 times finally arrived here in the guy Wes Said he had people in line, but there was nobody in this place. I Thought I was supposed to pick it up at five, but I got a message saying it was due at four. So I was calling to let him know. This place has bad reviews and I’m not sure why, I had a very normal car rental experience and would go here again. Be sure to read the fine print, like anywhere.
If I could give zero stars I would, 0/10 recommend this place. First off I've used this place twice, both times the cars have been dirty and smell like marijuana or smoke. Second the manager is as rude as they come and they don't pick up their phone. Third they refuse to fix their mistakes. The manager here incorrectly charged me for my reservation. I added the e-toll unlimited option to my reservation when I booked it and asked him about it when I picked up my car and again when I dropped it off. I asked him why I wasn't be... read more
Treated like garbage by the pos behind the desk Claiming I need to go to my bank and have them print out proof of my residency for him to look at to approve my rental which was already reserved over the phone. I could have paid over the phone but wanted to see the vehicle first and I wouldn’t have had to go through this Terrible service, this man should never be behind a desk “ helping “ people
