Westley was amazing! I have had so many bad experiences at a different company I switched to Budget; his customer service was exceptional and made the experience phenomenal! He’s an asset to the company and I hope he is recognized!

WORST experience ever! Take all other reviews seriously! Pay the extra $80ish an go less than a mile up the road to enterprise. The guy at the desk was rude and no help at all. We reserved an SUV and got to the building and they told us all they had on the lot was a coup/sedan when we told them we paid extra for a bigger car he said "well we don't have it, you can go to the airport an switch it." This location absolutely sucks. The counter attendant guy is ALWAYS rude and was unknowledgeable. Using Fast Track is a dead end because even though the website says it's available at this location, I was told it was not. I rented a Jeep Compass today and the snow hadn't been removed from the windows, so I'm out there scraping and warming up the car for about 10-15 minutes, and I had to put air in the back tire. Just all around a bad experience.
