This location absolutely sucks. The counter attendant guy is ALWAYS rude and was unknowledgeable. Using Fast Track is a dead end because even though the website says it's available at this location, I was told it was not. I rented a Jeep Compass today and the snow hadn't been removed from the windows, so I'm out there scraping and warming up the car for about 10-15 minutes, and I had to put air in the back tire. Just all around a bad experience.
Worst customer service ever. Did not provide a reasonable replacement vehicle for one that was not safe for the roads. Tire tread was less than 2/32 of an inch. Next step is filing a formal complaint with the state attorney, NHTSHA, as well as BBB. Also reaching out to lawyers for advice. Do not rent
Need utility bill, credit check, and only a credit card (refuses to take debit, even as a credit, which my bank allows) to even begin rental process.
Rude when asked questions over the phone. I will never use budget rental again. Customer service is a joke and rude. Called corporate they don’t seem To care how their employees speak to customers.
If there were negative stars, that is what Budget would receive. How do you give even ONE star when you rent a vehicle to take 6 people to a concert and when you Uber there in the morning, the attendant tells you that there are no 6 passenger vehicles? He proceeded to tell me that a "reservation is not a reservation for an actual vehicle." It is apparently some sort of "wish" that may or may not be granted by Budget.
