The site accepted my reservation but got a call about 30 minutes afterwards that they didn't have any cars at all. I always see cars in the lot, so I'm assuming they just didn't want to give me a free upgrade. Cool.
Check your rental for any and all damage or short comings. Be ready to call customer service if you need to. This location not looking out for you
