1 star is definitely a stretch. My list of whys: 1. They didnt open at 730 when my pick up time was set for 730. ( there was multiple customers waiting) I get waiting if there was a line,mix up...thinhs happen. When I asked who the manager was the lady said she was the owner. (Did not apologize for being late. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I Was dropped off with my child today to pick up a car I reserved days ago. My reservation was at 5 pm yet we showed up to pick up the car at 430. Again I was dropped off with my child. I come in and theres a gate across as if its closed and a sign saying please text this # well be back shortly. Well I text and called many times and no answer. John and Logan are amazing and I love renting cars from this location. Both men are wonderful and always find me a good rate.
The manager Logan Lee was very courteous and professional. I made a mistake and rented a car with the wrong pickup date. Despite the office closing soon, he continued to work on correcting the rental dates in order to provide exceptional customer which exceeded my expectations due to the my unfortunate error. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed!
