1 star is definitely a stretch. My list of whys: 1. They didnt open at 730 when my pick up time was set for 730. ( there was multiple customers waiting) I get waiting if there was a line,mix up...thinhs happen. When I asked who the manager was the lady said she was the owner. (Did not apologize for being late. Did not offer an incentives. Rushed us out,which was okay due to me being late for work already) 2. The car I picked up was not clean ( will add pics) 3. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I Was dropped off with my child today to pick up a car I reserved days ago. My reservation was at 5 pm yet we showed up to pick up the car at 430. Again I was dropped off with my child. I come in and theres a gate across as if its closed and a sign saying please text this # well be back shortly. Well I text and called many times and no answer.
