Don't rent from here! I made a reservation and showed up to get my vehicle. They said no vehicles available and if I wanted I different vehicle I'd have to modify the reservation paying hundreds more! Don't do it!!!!
If I can give zero stars, I would, the guy was so fake in the beginning. I thought he was nice, but he screwed me over and ended up charging me a lot more than what the receipt said his name is John. Be careful with him. He works at the budget on 1604 and culebra Walmart location. The car he put me on was a Dodge charger, which gave me trouble on my way to Dallas was late to my sister‘s wedding and I was late back to San Antonio because Sunday had to transfer over to a different car which that car the horn didn’t work and he... read more
I have rented many times from this location they have the best service and they are the most serious people and their cars are perfect with no problems
They are so lazy. They don’t open until 9 clock But the map said 7:30 open
