Something is up with one of the terminals. Because I had my card chipped into the card reader x3, and each time it said on the rep's end that it was frozen. Called my CU, and they told me the card I inserted into the reader is not showing on their end. How bogus? The lady then said after 3 tries, I have to use my credit card. And I had prepaid and reserved my reservation yesterday evening. I should've saved myself the time, the stress, frustration, and heartache by going to Enterprise instead. Oh wow the people who work here are scammers . They charge you $450c cleaning fee which they say is from a "separate " cleaning company. However, the cleaning company is the lady at the front desk in different clothes. Then they gave me some phony number for corporate. Yo these people are scammy scammers. Avoid
Customer service is terrible. The lady helping me had the flu. They mention a deposit and charge you in advance online. When you get there they will try to do a credit check if you want to use your bank card VS is credit card. How do they know everyone has or even wants a credit card? This is in fine print online. It makes no sense to check credit if someone is paying, leaving a deposit and has car insurance coverage. They are a fine print location and must be franchised.
