Worst company to rent a car from, we reserve and pay with week of anticipation, once we got there car wasn’t in the location that we supposed will be pick up we wait for an hour to see if car was returned, it will be appreciate if at least we will received a previous notice or some something but nothing the person in the office was really careless . Please don’t rent from them.
This location put an unauthorized charge to my checking account for $582.38. They didn't have my credit card information there, only at the Washington State location. I kept the truck for an extra day which is only $95 and didn't fill it up, but tell me how did it end up costing that much. The people employed there should know better than to charge someone's account without their knowledge of it. That is a financial crime to say the least. To better believe that I am going to get some lawyers involved.
