Very disappointed with my experience at Budget Truck Rental. I reserved a 12-foot truck online, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t available. When I asked about the sizes of other available trucks, the staff couldn’t provide any information. Instead, Tony (Employee #ZABAJX) handed us a measuring tape, told us to “go measure the truck,” and turned away. His responses were short, abrupt, and unprofessional. We got an upgraded SUV for our trip to Arizona. The store is nice and clean, the parking lot was easy to access, pick up and return were easy 👍🏾
Very wonderful experience, staff was very helpful and pleasant, Matt was very nice and helpful. Jeep Grand Cherokee was awesome ! Great experience
