Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Vehicle Class and Poor Customer Service I recently rented a vehicle from Budget at the Regent location in Winnipeg, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I specifically booked a large SUV, advertised as a “Dodge Durango or similar,” to accommodate my family of five and our luggage.
