I thought I had left a review here, but maybe I was just so stressed out by the whole experience that I didn’t. This was the absolute worst, most unethical rental location I have ever encountered. I rented a car and showed up in my pajamas. As a new grandmother, I was pressed for time and just wanted to get in and out. Rented a car from budget cars brakes completely shot making the vehicle unsafe to drive I stopped at this budget rental for help. They couldn’t have said no faster. Called budget for help which they did it took time understandable. Went back in just to use the bathroom asked “can I please use your restroom while I wait?” Basically said to kick rocks to a stranded paying customer. 0% customer service dumpster fire of a place. Go to enterprise.
