Budget really dropped the ball!! Do not rent a Tesla from budge, they don’t maintain them.
Avoid this place at all costs! The rude attendant refused to rent the car to me. The policy states it must be backed by visa mastercard etc. They refused to take my SoFi card and moved my rental location that same morning and texted me from a private number. They did not specify how much my rental total would be. They stated it could be 200-500 dollars. Before you tell me to reach out…I already have.
These guys actually take care of you, classic car rental service. Not letting you get lost in the on line booking nonsense. Speak with Rami!
Team here was so kind during my recent rental. They waited a past closing for me because I stupidly forgot my license when I came to pickup my car. I needed the car for a work trip early the next morning and forgot I had taken my ID out of my purse earlier. Their ounce of patience saved me a ton of trouble & was truly appreciated. Car was nice, clean & felt new. Super smooth trip! Thanks.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tried to rent a car. They said I need to put a $200 deposit down. Had the money and then they decline me cause they wanted to do a credit check after they didn’t say anything about it till last second. I rented cars alot in the past never came across this issue. They then decline me even tho I offered to pay the whole thing, it’s like they pick and choose who they want. Then when I left they got some 11 year old driving cars around the parking lot for them. This place is a joke.
