We got a pick up time in Baton Rouge for exactly the time the place closes. They gave us a cigarette smoked out upgrade we had to just endure for 10 hours. The drop off process near Lambert airport is a horrible mess. There is no signage. I went in to return it and spent 20 mins in line to learn I was in the wrong place on site. While in line I saw the exorbitant cost for smoking in the vehicle and waiting in line made me “late” returning the vehicle.
