You make a reservation and prepay a week in advance for a car, one would expect to have a car ready when you arrive. The fact that a car was not ready when my wife arrived and she was told y'all don't know when they will have one, it could be later today or later this week is bad enough. What really is bothersome is the person Budget put in place as the 'manager' at the Siegen location. If I were Budget, I'd rethink this person as an employee or at the very least do some retraining. Booked a car and never got one. Was told they would call before closing time. Lady was rude and looked at me like I was ignorant for being shocked. Then she told me they would call when a car was available and I never got a call. I don’t recommend AT ALL.
