We got a pick up time in Baton Rouge for exactly the time the place closes. They gave us a cigarette smoked out upgrade we had to just endure for 10 hours. The drop off process near Lambert airport is a horrible mess. There is no signage. I went in to return it and spent 20 mins in line to learn I was in the wrong place on site. While in line I saw the exorbitant cost for smoking in the vehicle and waiting in line made me “late” returning the vehicle. This is a great place to rent from! The reps are really friendly and fun to work with. Now they will make you take a big arse SUV when all you wanted was a small car but they do it very nicely. I originally have them 5 stars for customer service but I had to change it to 3 stars because of vehicle quality. I took the SUV but I wanted a small car. That happens in the car rental world so no problem there. Just make sure you check it out before you leave. There was no wiper fluid, it needed new wipers and the inside was dirty. ... read more
