They are frauds!!!! They stoled my money!!! I prepaid with my card online and reserved a rental car. Went to pick up on my scheduled day and time and they then told me they need to run a credit check. I allow them to do so. They say I don't pass the credit check and therefore cannot rent to me! They told me to call customer service and tell them what happened and a refund would be issued. Had mechanical issues my 2nd day of vacation, the staff rushed me rite in and swapped out with no questions asked and back to the resort before the family knew i was gone
