i returned a truck after hours full of gas and no damage. I was charged an additional unknown fee. I tried calling the location and can inly get through to offshore customer service locations. Spent 30 minutes over several calls speaking to useless customer service agents who could not explain the charge. No online capability to self research. Save the hassle, go to UHaul!
Miranda is a straight up G and deserves a raise. We just moved to the area from NJ and have been living in our RV at an rv park in fernley..we took an uber all the way to budget (75$$) bc online it said they had cars but wouldn't let us put one through so we thought we would just get one when we got there. Was picking someone up & I was told Service was professional, polite & friendly at time of renting vehicle & the same professional, polite & friendly service when returning the vehicle. Over-all Service impeccable they said. Come to find out they Agent & person I picked up was Middle/High School havent seen one another since Middle/High School friends. Soooooo I take thats the reasoning behind the service they received.
