Have had excellent customer service every time. Miranda on Marietta, Sparks has been most helpful. Totally recommend this business for car rental needs.
Would give zero stars if possible. Getting our car took 3x as long as my flight time alone. Desk staff was not helpful/kind and staff that brought the car out was worse. Don't waste your time, use a different company.
Excelencia, atención y también trabajan con tarjetas de débito. Es lo mejor porque habíamos personas que no tenemos tarjetas de crédito todavía.
i returned a truck after hours full of gas and no damage. I was charged an additional unknown fee. I tried calling the location and can inly get through to offshore customer service locations. Spent 30 minutes over several calls speaking to useless customer service agents who could not explain the charge. No online capability to self research. Save the hassle, go to UHaul!
