Last year they gave us a car that needed maintenance in the middle of our rental period while we were on vacation, this year we reserved a 7 passenger vehicle 5 months ahead of our vacation and now a week before they cancelled saying they didn’t have enough vehicles. So now it will cost us over double our original reservation rate to rent a vehicle somewhere else. Beware, very poor customer service and unreliable services.
This place is a scam, booked a truck a week in advance when I got there told me I get a suv or nothing. They told me I’d be reimbursed when returning the car however they charged me $200 more than the original agreement. No one here is helpful the whole place is terrible. Don’t rent from them unless you want to get charged extra.
