If I could leave zero stars, I would. We rented a truck from Budget and almost immediately noticed major issues. The cab smelled strongly of animal urine, there were oil stains in the cargo area, and the key had a piece of tape reading “roof leak pass”—meaning Budget knowingly rented out a truck with a compromised roof. Justin & Giovante are pretty awesome people to deal with. Great customer service!. They will absolutely try their best to get the vehicle or truck you are reserved for.. Sadly, the distribution center doesn't always cooperate with them. I give them credit for trying their bsst and going above and beyond .

Absolutely wonderful experience. Working with Javonte was a pleasure. Completely professional, great communication and I am really grateful for such a smooth rental and Javonte was the reason. I will be back.
