Worse car rental place! Don't waste your money or time! My reservation was made early morning for 6pm pickup. And when I got there all the manager Harvey Bello said was sorry we didn't call you all day to inform you that we don't have any vehicles. Even though it was already confirmed at 9am. They charged my debit card then told me to reach out to a third party to get my money back! Had no concern to even try to locate one at any other location. I want to say that I’ve rented from here just a few times. The last couple of experiences weren’t that great. It is an easier location for me than having to go to the airport location. When I went in the third time, I met Harvey who is the new owner! This store is now under new ownership! He was such a delight to work with. He was professional and made my rental experience a great and hassle free one. PLEASE GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE BECAUSE HARVEY HAS TAKEN OVER THESE LOCATION!!!
