If I could give this place a 0 I would. I made reservations for a 3 day rental, my plans changed and within 7 hours of me having the vehicle I returned it. I was met by a young lady, I believe her name was Shirleen. I explained to her that I was returning the car early, was there anything I needed to do, she said no, the man outside with Shirleen told me to go inside. I wish every car rental company had a Harvey. Extremely knowledgeable about the process will have you in and out in no time.

We had the pleasure of Harvey help us with a car to get to orlando from west palm. He was super friendly and helpful. He made the process quick and easy for us with rushed time on our hands and he explained everything in detail. We would definitely visit him again in the future and would recommend this little store as they don't usually have alot of footfall.

Worse car rental place! Don't waste your money or time! My reservation was made early morning for 6pm pickup. And when I got there all the manager Harvey Bello said was sorry we didn't call you all day to inform you that we don't have any vehicles. Even though it was already confirmed at 9am. They charged my debit card then told me to reach out to a third party to get my money back! Had no concern to even try to locate one at any other location.
