Veey dissatisfied with this location lack of basic customer service. Have determined not to use them in the future. Details.. i rented thru Costco and this location to fulfill the contract. Costco policy is to allow for under 25 yr old as long as the main policy holder is over 25.. so i showed up with the Costco confirmation. They neither honored it but also the real problem is they do not provide anything in writing, except the slip to go pick up the car.. I called and booked a car and prepaid to be picked up. I showed up and they are out of cars. I had literally just spoke to someone on the phone who had a car to offer. Apparently, I spoke to someone who wasn’t at the store. They couldn’t refund me my money directly at the store and the guy working had to go back and forth with customer service to get my money back. Lord where do I begin! I should've read the reviews before booking here. Customer service attitude was on point I give them that, but man the car wait (2hours)just for them to deny what has already been paid sent me.

There is a phone to pick up and answer it, not to just leave it right there. Avoid this shady and shitty place. There is no one at the desk at all times.
