Lord where do I begin! I should've read the reviews before booking here. Customer service attitude was on point I give them that, but man the car wait (2hours)just for them to deny what has already been paid sent me.
There is a phone to pick up and answer it, not to just leave it right there. Avoid this shady and shitty place. There is no one at the desk at all times.

I reserved a car to pickup at 5:30pm and they even called me earlier to confirm, then when I arrived they had NO CARS! What is the point of making a reservation, them confirming, only to tell me they don't have any cars?! Worst excuse for a Budget car rental I've ever experienced! Never using them again!!!!
Weather cancelled flights at DFW and car rental options low. A Budget rep on the phone secured me a car from this location and the young man there upgraded me when the car id booked wasn’t available. One of the young men’s name is Vincent. Both were sooo helpful! Saved my trip and made me a Budget fan- thank you! Excellent customer service!
