Disaster of an Experience! This place was a complete disaster. While it’s convenient to reach out to them, they completely failed to deliver. I booked a specific vehicle for my trip, only to be informed last-minute that they didn’t have it. To make matters worse, they told me to go to the airport to get a replacement. Sure, it’s nice that they communicated, but this level of unpreparedness ruined my trip plans. Extremely disappointing—wouldn’t recommend.
You guys have definitely earned your one star reviews. I’ll tell you that much.
Had a prepaid rate from a broker. They added $50 in insurance without telling me, I even confirmed verbally that there'd be no extra charge. Car was dirty because they are "not allowed to wash cars" at the station and instead requested the customer to take the car through a car wash. It's free, but I got better things to do when I rent a car for 24 hours.
