These people are creepy and extremely rude. I tried to extend a rental but they said my card was declined. They wanted to redo my contract but I did not understand what the total price was. He asked me " did you just wake up yesterday?" After a creepy stare. I got the bank on the phone, card good but their system declined. I got out of there.
I needed a last minute rental, I walked in 10 mins before they closed and got a car nicer than I expected! It was clean and I left the lot so relieved. Later, I needed to return the vehicle much earlier than I expected but the owner was very kind and only charged me for the days used. Saved me $400 and I was in and out so quickly! Thank you so much, I will definitely be using Budget Rental - Boca Raton again!
BEWARE! I would NEVER rent from this office ever again! The young lady with what seems like a Russian accent working the counter is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL … just a NASTY person from the moment I arrived to pick up the vehicle and when I arrived to return it. First, I requested a small vehicle such as a KIA Soul (or similar) she gave me a coupe. I had reserved an intermediate car. Ana, the front desk person, does my paperwork and then gives me a small car. I told her that I had reserved an intermediate car. She says no this is it.
