If you want great service see Hannah at this Budget car Rental in Boca Raton. I had a problem with the SUV car and when I returned it she immediately offered me a replacement vehicle. I made a mistake by taking a saloon car (sedan) which my disabled wife could not get out of because the seats were too low. I took it back to Hannah and she immediately offered me a replacement SUV and made sure my wife tried the seats to make sure it was suitable. Thank you Hannah. 10 out of 10
Nice and quiet place. Hanna is the best sales person in all Budget stores we've even visited. Our booking in Enterprise was canceled. And this Budget store was the closest car rental location. Hanna found the vehicle for us even without preliminary booking and within our budget. She is knowledgeable, customer-oriented, flexible, and just a pleasant person. The car was clean, without smoking odor and pet hair. This is a very good place to rent a car.

Came here to swap a car that was given to me the night before which wasn’t what I paid for. They didn’t have anything available. Gave me a dirty Jetta which I had to vacuum myself upon exit. Strike 2/3. Let’s see what’s next.
