We have rented many cars from this location. They are convenient for us and never a long wait. They don't always have a spotless clean, but they have incredible prices so worth the trade off for sure!!! This is my GO TO rental facility!!! I think they are a husband and wife team, either way, they are incredible.
Arrived in Boca thinking “great, budget is right here at the station, should be easy”. Not so much, it was a mile walk (they don’t do a shuttle) across a couple four lane highways and several traffic signals in the rain. Literally booked budget because the map shows it at the station. It is not! Enterprise is only half a block away, so my guess is budget fakes their address on maps so you’ll rent there instead. The rental itself was great: clean, ready to go, easy. My experience with Budget car rental in East Boca was exceptional! The car I rented was clean and well maintained… I needed an extension which went very smoothly and when I had to change the return time of day, the charge was extremely fair! I will definitely rent from this establishment again and I highly recommend it.. the manager/owner is very understanding!

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon. When arriving at Budget Boca Raton, they're were people setting everywhere outside telling us good luck getting your rental. Upon entering the office, it was crazy. People everywhere waiting. Some people had been waiting for 2 hours to get their rentals. The office was hot, no air circulating. Only 3 people working the counters.
