The operator makes up her own rules and does not accommodate customers. I had a reservation for an SUV at 10am and was offered a Tesla. I explained I had luggage, a car seat, etc. and that simply wouldn’t work. I then explained that I had no problem waiting for another vehicle to check in and was told there were no more check ins for the day.
