Walked in and we had to say hi before anyone spoke to us. Made a reservation online and when I came in they said.. “we didn’t catch it”. So we didn’t get a truck and to be quite honest I don’t think they could have cared less. 🫠
Booked a day ahead with budget online at 9am. Came in for my reservation today to be told that reservations after 12 wasn’t suppose to go through. I assured them i booked before 12 & they just continue with the next customer after saying there’s no reservation. Didn’t check my reservation number or nothing. Told me there was no trucks as I’m looking at 1 singular box truck in the lot look as if it’s ready for a pickup. While I’m being told there’s no truck.
