Booked a day ahead with budget online at 9am. Came in for my reservation today to be told that reservations after 12 wasn’t suppose to go through. I assured them i booked before 12 & they just continue with the next customer after saying there’s no reservation. Didn’t check my reservation number or nothing. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I got there at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and they didn’t have any car I had reserved. The worst part was the stinky attitude the short haired girl had at the front desk. She was horrible finally a white Sante Fe pulled up it was filthy dirty but I needed a SUV ASAP because my daughter is in a wheelchair chair. She didn’t want to give me that car but I said I would clean it myself.
