Was gonna give us a suv that had balled tires. When an employee pointed it out. The man in booth a bit snotty was upset only to find us another.

It was not a great experience. The line was an hour-long wait to pick up a car, and the car they gave me was dirty, had lots of damage, and had a bad tire. I called CS to report it, and they basically said sorry and offered me a small discount as hush money. When I dropped the car off, they didn't deduct the discount and said I would have to call CS again….
I booked a reservation for cheapest car which was $96 after fees and taxes. It was a electric car which I'm not a fan of. So the representative told me for $27 I could get a Dodge Truck. Which was a lie cause the whole total with fees was $167. I was in a hurry so I didn't make a fuss about it. Plus she had to reenter everything 3 times. Then she brings the vehicle all dirty with bird poop. And water spots that have been there for some time. If I would have seen the vehicle beforehand I wouldn't have rented it. The owner Andy was fantastic helping us out. After a horrible start of our trip (spending over an hour at the airport late at night to get the car despite having Fast Break and then the car shaking like crazy on the highway), he found us another car immediately and gave us an upgrade despite not making a dime on it. Thank you Andy!
