Renting a moving truck was seamless and the workers were very helpful! Best experience renting a car by far!
I would have given zero stars. The old guy at the store is so rude. We wanted to get our car exchanged because the car was very jerky. They don’t have inventory of cars so why even run a car rental. Budget and Avis needs to train their staff for customer service. If your systems are down and you don’t have any inventory, you can’t lash out at the customer. Please think twice before you go to this location.
Rented a very nice, super CLEAN SUV for the weekend. Everything was quick and easy. They were very patient and flexible with me, as I ran late coming to pick up the vehicle. Will use this rental agency, again.
