Booked a truck rental 6 weeks in advance. I called the morning before and inquired about the insurance, nothing was mentioned of issue. That afternoon, I received a voicemail that there was no truck available at all and basically saying there was nothing they could do. I got a refund but I would have expected there to be a truck or more notice.

Amber was incredibly helpful throughout the car rental process. She ass patient and understanding, even when I forgot my credit card right at closing time. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. I would 100% recommend working with her!

I was helped almost immediately by Amber after I got there even though I was 30 minutes early and even with a giant group in front of me. She was very through and kind plus did not peer pressure me to getting anything I didn’t want unlike most car rental places. Andrew was also honest with the scratches and paint chips(can’t say the same for another car company who tired to swindle me) when we went thru the inspection plus was really chill and quick.
