My experience was as I prefer, not a long wait, clean car, easy paperwork. No hiccups.
This location is ridiculous. Decades of nonsense with these car rental places, especially Budget. Tattoos in their face. Weed skunk smells in the lobby, just turn around walk out. They won't have your reserved rental. What strikes me is the amount money these rental company are losing because of these raggedy people working the kiosk for them. Budget notorious for this crap past 15 years or so. If you book Budget, use the airport kiosk or double book another carrier. This one is beyond ridiculous.
Be very careful when renting a vehicle using the Presline app; this company does not honor the price quoted in the app. They charge your credit card double at the end of the service—and even charge you for gas, even if you return the car with a full tank! If you don't want a bad experience, don't use their services; no matter how much you complain, they won't acknowledge your claims, and they treat you like an illiterate person just to wear you down so you'll stop bothering them! -1 star.
