This place is poorly operated. They will give away your vehicle even though you have a reservation.
Make sure you take everything you need & the process is pretty quick.
Terrible experience , paid for an SUV a month in advance , upon arrival they told me none were available. They sent for a mini van , had to wait an hour for that and we were never refunded the price difference that was owed to us.
Had a good experience with my rental car pickup . The car was ready and cleaned before I arrived and the lady at the counter was very friendly
I reserved a rental for 4pm on today. I got a Lyft to make it to this Budget location. Once I get in the rep Cindy tells me I’ll need a copy of a bill in order to rent a car. She stated someone tried to call me, but when I answered the person hung up. When I called back no one answered. How convenient to tell me I need a mailed bill at the time of my reservation.
