My daughter rented a car from this place. Took a video 360 all the way around it. Arrived to her location about six hours later. It was dark. Woke up the next morning and went to the car and noticed a golf ball size bubble on the tire. No damage to the wheel. Could not get budget to get a full-size spare and replace it. I even offered to go take it to a store and they said I would have to pay for the tire. That was Ludacris! File a complaint with the company over the place of business . Spoke with the representative over the phone and she stated that it isn’t a requirement for the documents to be printed only shown during the time . The main requirement is that you have license and debit card . I will never book with this place .
Dena and Tony were both awesome very easy to do business with just a reminder debit card don’t work unless you have two forms of ID you need to have a major credit card. Thanks again for all your help.
This place is poorly operated. They will give away your vehicle even though you have a reservation.
