We waited (and everyone around us) waited over an hour and a half to get our car. The staff at the counter was polite and did their best, but only 1/2 employees at that time (12pm) makes no sense. This is not my first car rental but it's the first time this happens. No renting from budget again Also, we didn't notice when we took the car because they were taking out the trash of the parking at the same time, but the car smells like garbage even after a whole day riding with windows opened

Such a quick and easy process! No hidden fees, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Martha was extremely kind and made the process effortless. Highly recommend if you’re renting from the airport! Thank you again Martha for the perfect rental. She definitely cares about her customers!

Hi I have taken a Ford escape on rent on 28th Aug and returned the car before the time of 5 pm with full tank, they supposed to charge me total of 396 cad but they have additional charged me cad 120 more and that is without even sent me the receipt , I have contacted so many times to their office , no one picking up the phone and even their customer service also is non responsive. I just advise everyone, not to use this company any rental vehicle , they are the sophisticated thief’s in this world.
