Guys will not follow the rules and leave a 1 star. Pickup was super easy, car was sweet, drop off was super easy.

Absolutely terrible. My original negative review was removed somehow. So here is the same: Car had existing damage I noticed after leaving the dark underground lot. I called budget to report it, they said they would pass to manager at the location. On return to the airport the manager came out and started saying I was rear ended and that was the damage. Waited 2 hours in a lineup for a "luxury" car that turned out to be a dirty, scratched up Chrysler 300. The outside had 4 major scratches and dings, the inside was marked up with crayons and you could feel the wheels were unbalanced once you went anything over 30 m/hrs. We noticed all the scratches after we got the car but we weren't going to go back in and wait another 2 hours and no one came out to do a walk through with us, or even tell us where the car was parked.
