Quick and easy rental process.
First time using budget at YVR. I picked up on Monday and returned my vehicle today. Mayank was the agent that helped me on arrival He was very friendly and helped me get my vehicle quickly and explained all the options to me. He was able to give me a free upgrade. Return process was fast and quick .. Will definitely use budget again.
Location booked for drop off was closed so I had to drive a lot more to hand off at the airport. Customer service was no help. Wouldn't use again.
Service was interesting to say the least but the car itself was great and we had no issues except for that they charged me 2 cents for I don't know what and neither did they!
