The personal that attends you here are super rude and basically charge you for whatever they want. dont give options and super rude alll the time. dont wate your money or time here. when you call them they are super rude like you beg them to take the service. pretty bad place to ren car. please do not go there. super rude and scammers. overcharges for no reason. can believe they are in bussiness

Booked via Costco Travel, guaranteeing the best rates & membership perks. Pick-up went very smoothly - Chris was friendly & efficient. Was given a better vehicle than anticipated (I had booked an Intermediate SUV and was expecting a Ford Escape but got a VW Taos instead), which was in spotless condition. Drop-off was completely hassle-free; did it after hours leaving my keys in the drop box. Was emailed my receipt during business hours the next day and was billed exactly as expected.
Pretty slow and poor customer service. Guy said I was “lucky enough to rent a car with them” because of my age. Unnecessary comment to make ?? Enterprise is soooo much better
