Reserved and got charged for a midsize car, however we were given a versa compact car. When we called to ask about the extra charge, the old man at the front desk was very rude and stated “oh dont believe what you see on the budget website. Its not compact” then proceded to hang up in our face. Rest of the car industry says otherwise! He needs to work on his customer service skills. Very disappointed as we WERE regular customers with the company.
The car looked like new, I was very impressed, it was so clean the service was exceptional. Very helpful thank you. I definitely recommend them.
