I have rented from this NV location on many occasions, and have never had an issue that wasn't immediately resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to rent my car from here when visiting Vancouver.

The car was the right size. It had a funny noise to it like an annoying squeak when driving it. Otherwise it was fine. Good gas consumption.

Beware. What they tell you at the desk does not matter. Billing is done by a computer at head office and it is nearly impossible to change as the central customer service is rubbish. Horrible experience. The person at the customer service desk told me if I wanted to extend the rental it would be the same as I prepaid. After extending for 1 1/2 weeks more the invoice was more. One of the greatest experiences that I’ve ever had. The owner offered us a deal which I couldn’t even believe. Very considerate and helpful. He made our trip one of the best by offering us a much better car for the same price. Honestly we need more good people like him in every business. Thanks again for your kindness. Highly recommend
