Beware. What they tell you at the desk does not matter. Billing is done by a computer at head office and it is nearly impossible to change as the central customer service is rubbish. Horrible experience. The person at the customer service desk told me if I wanted to extend the rental it would be the same as I prepaid. After extending for 1 1/2 weeks more the invoice was more. I rented a car small car for 5 days. I paid online. The car was ok, no problems. However, my situation changed and I returned the car before the end of the second day. I asked if I could get a refund for the three unused days, which is a normal thing in this industry. The receptionist denied me refund, explaining that I had paid online, for which I had gotten a discount and that was why they wouldn't refund me the three days. I have rented from this NV location on many occasions, and have never had an issue that wasn't immediately resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to rent my car from here when visiting Vancouver.

The car was the right size. It had a funny noise to it like an annoying squeak when driving it. Otherwise it was fine. Good gas consumption.
