These guys provided me the best rental experience I have had during many years of renting cars in the city. Really good service. Car was new and clean. Also a good location with parking right by the counter. I’m definitely using them in the future. 5-minute walk from Station De Castelnau.

Terrible. This Budget location closes without notice and has no key drop off. Could not return car, 1 hour on the phone with customer service who could not help. Lost 2 days of my time trying to return the car. Rented with Costco travel who suggested this location, disappointed in their service as well. Save your self the aggravation, rent somewhere else.
