This location and its Agency Operator are by far the worst rental service I have ever encountered. I dropped my wife off with a load of luggage and materials for her trip. Her high-end rental had already been paid and damage deposit provided. Hari, the Agency Operator, needed her credit card to be tapped (only tap works, I guess) but her credit card had become demagnetized. Budget/Hari would not accept any other options for incidentals, including swiping the card, getting my credit card number via phone, or even entering her... read more
