Booked the rental over the phone. Everything seemed to go well had a very tight deadline to pick up vehicle and make it to Toronto for an appointment. They opened for 8 am and we were there by 8:01. Told the lady on the phone who the driver would be and that we didn't have a credit card but our son did, who is also licensed and would be using his credit card for payment and their ridiculously large deposit. If I could give zero stars i would ! What a garbage company. They stole our money, then wouldn't give us a car, trying to pass the blame onto some third party company. No wonder they have a 2 star rating. Unless you want to be robbed, DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !
