Omar was an awesome representative and the service provided was exceptional
Worst experience with this location
STAY AWAY!!!! Terrible service, contacted head office about a rental and head office had us fill out a form and approved the rental and told the owner or worker to process the rental. He refused and started swearing at us. No wonder he has a 2.8 google review. Though funny enough he processed our payment for $360 and is now refusing to return it even though we never rented a vehicle from them.
I came for my appointment to take the car. The store is closed and no one is here. Monday morning at 10:15AM
