If I could give zero stars i would ! What a garbage company. They stole our money, then wouldn't give us a car, trying to pass the blame onto some third party company. No wonder they have a 2 star rating. Unless you want to be robbed, DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !

I would like to share my unfortunate experience with Budget, which regrettably did not reflect the professional reputation the company is known for. During my recent rental, I was subjected to unprofessional and aggressive behavior by the branch manager. Hice una reservación en línea, cuando llegué por el auto el caballero de la recepción me indicó que había una "restricción para los mexicanos", que únicamente los mexicanos debían tener licencia internacional para poder rentar un auto con ellos. Le indiqué que entendía pero que era algo que debían poner en letras mayúsculas y resaltadas en su página web y no solo en su escritorio. Fue algo muy molesto ya que mi plan programado para el fin de semana se arruinó.
