We rented a 16' truck 1 way from this location for 2 days by reserving online. We got a confirmation by phone to make sure they would actually have a truck for us when we got there. All this is useless, because when you go to pick up your truck, they make you repeat all your information (which you have already entered online) so they can find you instead of using the reference number from the reservation.
