Worst experience renting through here. You will be charged weeks later for something that is not related to the vehicle you rented.
I booked a car rental here and accidentally selected a drop-off time of 5:00 a.m. on Sunday instead of 5:00 p.m. However, the location is closed on Sundays anyway. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the staff member informed us that we had to add a full extra 24 hours and move the return to Monday. I found this extremely unfair. What was supposed to be an $85 rental ended up costing us around $200. We returned the car on Sunday at approximately 4:00 p.m. and placed the keys in the drop box as instructed. At pick up I was not told to inspect the car for damage. After returning it a week n a half later I was blamed for a tiny rock chip in the lower passenger side windshield. Nothing hit my windshield while I was driving, I have no idea how I would possibly have prevented it if it had, what a scam. I went through a very traumatic car accident, thats why I needed a rental. The fact that they'd prey on people at a time like this is despicable.
