Be prepared to have $750 on your credit card when you arrive to pick up your rental even if you prepay it online. Called around to the other locations this is highest deposit in the city.Likes to tell the same story over and over about people fueling up too far away for their liking.
Customer service was terrible. I understand dealing with an upset customer can be hard, but do not take it out on the next Customer. The customer before me might have been a little angry and rude but you were also speaking to him with arrogance. I did not take my rental in the end and will not get a rental in the future.
Ron was fabulous, made clear and easy work of renting me a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thankyou
