Customer service was terrible. I understand dealing with an upset customer can be hard, but do not take it out on the next Customer. The customer before me might have been a little angry and rude but you were also speaking to him with arrogance. I did not take my rental in the end and will not get a rental in the future.
Ron was fabulous, made clear and easy work of renting me a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thankyou
We ending up no budget rental because we dont have credit card. Not sure why debit card cannot be use to get car rental. I'am very disappointed, our truck is in the shop for service atleast a week from now. Im on my foot to go to work .
I rented a vehicle from here and in a nutshell, the vehicle was slightly damaged when another car rubbed against it. Our rented vehicle was white and the other car was black so some black paint was left on our car. No scratches, no dents. We reported it when we returned the vehicle and the guy said it was so minor we wouldn't be charged. He told me he was releasing my credit card and they would take care of the cleaning. DO NOT rent or return a vehicle from this location!! The owner went out to check the vehicle after I returned it and claimed that there were new rock chips in the windshield. I told him there was no such thing, and that the car was used very little for four days and predominantly in Sherwood Park. My mistake was I did not verify the chips, left, then I returned to retrieve my garage door opener that I left behind, he had everything circled including ones that were not there as they would have been clearly visible on the wind... read more
