I booked car online. Received confirmation email. Called one day ahead to see if booking is secured, the guy over the phone confirmed that it is all in the system, I just need to show up. I showed up on time to my booking, and still realize i have to wait for the car , up to 2hrs. Messed up my plan for the morning. Not a good experience. The staff at the counter is nice and helpful. But there's something wrong with the system.
Showed up at my exact rental time and they said my car would be there in 1-2 hours and that they didn't have any cars. This only happens with budget. After i made a fuss and told them that i couldn't wait that long they said they could give me an upgrade but it would cost me more because that car (nothing fancy) didn't have unlimited kms. Brutal lack of customer service.
Best car rental ever. Impeccable service. Friendly, and helpful. This is going to be my regular car rental spot in Montreal.
Today (October 3, 2025) I visited this rental company. The parking lot was full of cars, but when I asked for a rental, the lady at the office just said everything is sold out. If that’s true, why are all the cars sitting there? Very unprofessional, and the employees don’t seem to want to work or help customers. Very disappointing service
Car not ready, had to wait 45 mins.
