Today (October 3, 2025) I visited this rental company. The parking lot was full of cars, but when I asked for a rental, the lady at the office just said everything is sold out. If that’s true, why are all the cars sitting there? Very unprofessional, and the employees don’t seem to want to work or help customers. Very disappointing service
Car not ready, had to wait 45 mins.
Very helpful even though we turned up late fir our car return, and less than 5 mins before closing, and parked our vehicle in the wrong area!!!!
It was a little difficult to find the return parking. Had to circle the block but otherwise, everyone was friendly and accommodating
