Mary, the customer service agent at the rental desk for Avis/Budget was amazing! She was so polite, courteous, and extremely helpful! She saved my trip!! I accidentally booked a car in the Greenville, SC airport rather than picking up and dropping off at the Pitt-Greenville, NC airport. She was instrumental in helping me switch my reservation and get a car in a timely manner. She was so helpful and we were on our way so quickly! Lifesaver!!

I rented a car near where I live in southwest Florida and needed to return it to this location just before Christmas. I also rented a vehicle from this location to drive back to FL. I am horrible with names, as soon as someone tells me their name, I’ve literally forgotten, so I’m sorry I can’t reference the employee by name, since I know he told me both times.
