I am only doing this because of the customer service . Talisa was awesome. They did not have the vehicle I wanted but she made something happen and I got a vehicle. She was extremely nice and I am so appreciative.

Back story: Family and I are a military family and in the process of moving to Germany. I reserved a rental vehicle back on May 2nd for a June 8th pickup. This was due to the 8 XL luggage we are traveling with and required a Group Z vehicle. I arrive to the location and the employee says “Oh, so you’re my 9 o’clock reservation!” She then informs me that another employee gave my reserved vehicle away a day or two prior, after driving 30 minutes to the locations.
