Save your money. Go to another rental at the airport. Rude staff. Terrible policies. Company had their own challenges but requires credit checks with over 700 credit scores to rent a car. Look at my photos of how bad their own finances were and appear to be. Ouch. Kind of a double standard. The lady said they keep not approving people with over a 700 credit score.
My flight was canceled due to mechanical issues and the airline offered no same-day alternatives, which meant I had no choice but to trek up to SJC in order to be at work tomorrow. Bless Tammy!! She and Budget were my saving grace. Both the Hertz and Enterprise counter guys simply shrugged their shoulders and said they had nothing available without even checking their computers or showing an ounce of sympathy. My rental showed "check engine" half an hour after pick-up. I called and was told to bring it back. I was then charged $11/gal for the gas I used during the hour I wasted on their broken car. I told them I wouldn't pay that fee, so they ran my card for it without telling me.
She hung up on me when I asked for her name as she was being extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend and cancelling our reservation
